Teachers: How it works

SIGN IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT & GET A CLASS CODE

To run Book Clubs and get assigned a Class Code, click on 'My Account' at the top of the page, select 'Sign In' or 'Create an Account', and follow the directions to log in. Teachers who are running Book Clubs must accept consolidated classroom orders.

SHARE WITH FAMILIES

Share the flyers and your Class Code with families. Set a due date for the classroom order. You will receive an email every time a family places an order.

SUBMIT THE CLASSROOM ORDER

When the set due date arrives, submit your combined classroom order. Parents receive an email when the classroom order has been submitted. Combined classroom orders over $40 will ship to the school for FREE. Classroom orders less than $40 cost only $7.50 to ship. If your class order has not reached the minimum, you can reach out to families to see if anyone else wants to place an order, or add your own items to the cart and submit the order once you are ready.

What do I do if my classroom order is not over $40?

NEW! With each flyer, teachers will receive a one-time coupon code for free shipping to use on a class order that doesn't reach the minimum.

ORDERS ARRIVE IN THE CLASSROOM

The combined classroom order will ship right to the school. You will receive a packing slip with students' names and their items to make distribution easy.

PARENTS: HOW IT WORKS

SIGN IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT

Click on 'My Account' at the top of the page, select 'Sign In' or 'Create an Account', and follow the directions to log in.

SHOP & ORDER ONLINE

Children will receive flyers at school. Teachers will set a due date for class orders, and provide their Class Code. Review the flyers as a family and then place your order and pay online before the due date.

FINDING & USING A CLASS CODE

Your child’s teacher will provide their Class Code, or use the 'Find a Class Code' link in your account settings.

Enter your teacher's Class Code

Enter or search for a Class Code when you log into your account. You can also enter the Class Code in the 'Class Codes' section during the checkout process.

ORDERS SHIP TO THE CLASSROOM

Select the classroom you want to ship to by adding a teacher's Class Code to your order at checkout. Orders placed using Class Code ship for free to the classroom when the $40 shipping minimum is met. Teachers will receive an email every time a parent order is placed. If the classroom order doesn’t meet the minimum for free shipping, a $7.50 fee will be applied to your teacher’s account. The teacher may choose to hold the order until the minimum is met. Shipping to home is still available for a fee.

REWARDING YOUR CHILD'S CLASS

Once the teacher places the order you will receive an email and be charged for your purchases. Classroom orders placed using a teacher's Class Code earn 20% of the order value* in Rewards that can be used to purchase valuable educational resources that benefit every child in the class.
